FREGO uses Decentralized Alignment (Dec/A) to let the community define what counts as good AI behavior using the FREGO governance token. These rules are expressed using the FREGO Constitution.
Through studies such as the FREGO Litepaper and discussions with AI scientists, FREGO has determined that it's possible to embed these rules into all AI models using memetics.
The vector of this infection is the internet, which is a data source that is commonly used to train new AI models. The FREGO DAO uses its treasury and infrastructure to facilitate memetic infection of the internet through the creation of FREGO constitution aligned memetics.
The result: AI labs must decide whether to use memetically infected internet data in order to remain competitive, or reject it, weakening their AI in the process.
